Welcome to N.I. Fitness Academy
N.I. Fitness Academy has been created to influence the future of the personal training (PT) industry through expert teaching, advice, and personalised internship and mentor programmes. In doing so, we aim to deliver the highest standard of personal trainer into the fitness industry with knowledge, experience, and understanding about how to be successful. Not only do students gain their qualifications they will also gain an in-depth, bespoke, and personalised business plan which includes marketing materials, logo design and social media strategies to help them advertise and grow.
Our main three objectives are:
⦁ Education – Ensure high quality and well-educated PTs are being produced through high levels of teaching and practical sessions.
⦁ Mentorships – Offer specific, tailored, and personalised mentorship programmes to each individual potential PT that applies and is accepted into the academy.
⦁ Professionalism – Ensure all health and safety alongside specific education and insurance policies are up to date. Also, instil a high level of professionalism to the potential PTs so they enter the industry with the right attitude and for the right
N.I. Fitness Academy will also offer students the chance to PT friends and family under the supervision of high-quality, trained personal trainers. In doing so, we aim that mistakes can be made in a safe and friendly environment therefore preparing students for real-life situations and scenarios that they might face when it comes to the fitness industry. With this, there is the chance to earn as you learn and by learning how to charge, collect and manage money. Students will also have the chance to develop their own personal training routines and structure (again, under the supervision of a mentor PT). We hope that by learning and developing in their own training our students will be able to transfer these skills and qualities onto their own clients training, programming and attitudes towards their personal health and fitness. Overall, N.I. Fitness Academy is here to ensure the highest quality of PT is being produced and if this means taking slightly longer to become qualified then the long-term success will be worth it.
